John Frampton is the founder of JJF, a leading commercial real estate advisory company. With years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries, John has a proven track record of success in helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals.

Prior to founding JJF, John worked at Vanguard, the world's second-largest investment manager, where he advised high net worth clients on investment strategies. He then transitioned to net lease investment sales at Sands Investment Group in 2019, where he was the first hire and quickly became the top listing broker in the Charlotte office.

John's experience in both the financial services and real estate industries has given him a unique perspective on commercial real estate investment. He understands the importance of a comprehensive approach to real estate advisory, including market research, deal sourcing, financial analysis, and transaction management.
